Our Skills and Conditioning Camp is designed to help athletes master the fundamentals of ball control, while improving their speed, power and quickness. Athletes will learn new moves, techniques and exercises that will improve their technical abilities in games and that they can do at home.

Extras: Snack everyday, Lunch (Tuesday and Thursday), T-shirt and a chance to win a private training session with a Limitless Performance coach.
